I can definitely feel that I’ve moved forward! I’m very happy that I can read the texts in the course and understand almost everything. Although sometimes there are completely new words that require translation, we always discuss them, and that’s a good thing.I really enjoy the speaking lessons. It feels like they help to effectively break down the speaking barrier And without a doubt, the coolest thing is Quizlet! Without it, it would honestly be much harder to build vocabulary. Maybe it’s just my personal wish, but I would also love it if the flashcard sets stayed with us permanently, even after the course ends.I also have to mention the super friendly and positive atmosphere that you create in every session! And this workbook format is just perfect!!! It saves me so much time — there’s no need to take notes or write down grammar rules, everything is already there!I definitely recommend this course and will continue to recommend it

I really enjoyed Alya’s course. The material is presented in a very clear and structured way. Theory always alternates with practical speaking sessions, which helped me finally overcome the psychological barrier of starting a conversation.
There are extra materials, flashcards, and a workbook. After completing the course, I can hold small talks with locals and understand conversations around me much better.

I specifically chose offline classes because that was important to me. I always thought learning languages would be extremely difficult for me and that I wouldn’t succeed, so my expectations were pretty modest — something like “Great, maybe after three months I’ll be able to order a coffee.” But those expectations were completely exceeded: in just three months, I learned much more than I ever imagined. I really enjoy the variety of activities and the teaching approach, and I know that if I dedicated even more time to it, the results would be even better.

I speak Portuguese every day now — I even start conversations first!

The lesson with Diana went really well… I’m amazed at how easily she communicated with my child… and most importantly, at the end of the lesson my child said: “Mom, I liked it.”
So we’re really looking forward to the next lesson.

I’ve been studying in the group for 2 months now and I’m very satisfied with Alya’s approach to teaching. For me, it’s especially important to have a live class format, Alya’s attention to each person, the periodic 30-minute bonus practice sessions during the week, as well as the personalized exercises and memory tests in Kahoot and Quizlet. I also find the occasional competitions with prizes very inspiring — they double the motivation. Never before has the process of learning a language been so enjoyable for me (except for romantic relationships with native speakers ). I sincerely recommend it!

I like the course. I thought it would be more difficult, but the classes go by quickly and are very engaging. A lot of information is provided, and there is interaction with everyone. It’s very convenient to work with the textbooks and Quizlet — with them, progress is much faster, the main thing is to do the homework.
The dynamics of the classes are quite varied, which is good for those who might get bored, but it may not be suitable if someone needs a very structured level of difficulty. I feel that I’m gradually starting to understand what people say at a basic level and can respond to something. I’m satisfied with the progress (though not satisfied with my own discipline in achieving it).

Thank you for the course! Everything was informative and interesting. Within an hour, we managed both to speak and to study grammar. Everything is well structured in the workbook, and I’m still practicing the new words in the app. It’s so convenient, thank you

My wife and I moved to Portugal in January 2025. Just a few months later, as with every newcomer, we felt the need to learn Portuguese. We tried studying with online apps, but we really wanted live lessons. That’s when my wife came across Alya’s course, where she was forming an offline group. I’m honestly amazed at how you organize the learning process! I used to absolutely hate learning languages, especially grammar (and to be honest, I’m still not the biggest fan ). My English tutor helped improve that a bit, but the balance was still fragile.
You manage to teach in a way that never feels boring — I’m fully focused throughout the entire lesson and don’t even notice how fast the time flies. It feels incredibly professional, and at the same time you can tell it’s done with genuine love for what you do.
